Helping Children with Disabilities Reach New Heights



Peak Potential now offers our adaptive climbing program for children with physical disabilities 4 days a week at 3 different locations across Northern and Central NJ.  Our locations are as follows: Mondays and Thursdays at the NJ Rock Gym in Fairfield, Wednesdays at the Garden State Rocks gym in Morganville, and Fridays at Princeton University (during the school semesters only).  To apply to our programs all you have to do is submit an application packet.  However, to ensure the safety of both our participants and our volunteers, enrollment candidates must first meet our general requirements.

General Requirements:   
1. Be age 4 or older
2. Be of a minimum weight of 36 pounds
3. Be able to consistently follow given directions

Items that should be included in your application packet:
1. Participant Application (link also below)
2. Waiver form (link also below)
3. A letter of medical clearance or prescription from your child’s doctor (Pediatrician, Orthopedist, etc)
4. Your contact information including email address
5. Please be sure to indicate you location of interest (our application form needs updating to include all locations and times)
